In her first collection of scarves Isabelle combines her extensive experience in textiles and product design with her Fine Arts background. A limited edition of 4 silk scarves mixing porcelain pieces and botanical elements with tribal mask.

Isabelle's hand drawn images have been digitally reproduced and transported onto high quality mid weight 100% silk twill. Produced in France they have a hand rolled hem. The drawings are a complex mix of geometric elements, stripes, diagonals, diamond shapes, triangles, layered with botanical scenes. The colour palette is vivid, with contrasting colours and subtle tones.

Designer

Isabelle Hayman is a French artist based in London. She trained as a textile designer at the ESAA Duperre Paris and holds a Master of Fine Arts from Paris I. Her work can be viewed primarily through the lens of her Botanical Series and Portraits of Varied Femininity. Different eras and textures are typically liberally juxtaposed in a maximalist aesthetic. She has exhibited at Compton Verney and Paul Smith. Her work is included in The Royal Academy Summer Show 2021.
